The Journey So Far…
My father serves for Indian Air Force and Mother is a Home Maker. I stayed with my family till I finished my Schooling and then moved to Gulbarga, Karnataka for my Graduation in 2005.
I finished my Mechanical Engineering in the Year 2009 and after finishing couple of Machine Designing Courses (Catia, ProE, Ansys & HyperMesh) immediately I shifted to Bangalore, Karnataka for my Higher Studies, MBA- Marketing, which I finished in 2011.
As we all know, Knowledge is Power, Companies also have started Exploring and Spending money to Create and share Knowledge created by its Customers or Employees. Under Guidance of Prof. Muralimurthy and Asst Prof. Aishwarya, I did my MBA project in Titan Eye + and was Reporting to Ms Shashikala, Sr Manager KM, Titan.
And then started my career as a Sales Professional with Eureka Forbes, which I joined after my MBA Campus Selection. Thanks to Mr Albert, Team Lead and Mr Sanjay, Reporting Manager for always Supporting us and giving me all Sales Gyaan within first few days of my Joining. Learnt the very basics of direct sales, door-to-door sales, territory Mapping and DSR maintenance.
Being a Mechanical Engineer and an Engineering Design Passionate, in the Year 2012 I joined BEACON- Best Engineering Aids & Consultancies, SolidWorks-Value Added Re sellers,The Asia’s Top VAR of Solidworks. Under the Guidance of Mr Ganesh(Sales National Head), Mr JJ(CEO) and Ms Farzana (Marketing Manager) I learnt Corporate Sales and Marketing, Mastered Prospecting Stage, Helped in Major Company’s Events, Explored nearby Market- Hoskote, Doddabalapur, Hosur and Mysore, Managed 3DVia Composer’s LinkedIn Group, Successfully completed SolidWorks Sales and Marketing Professional Certifications and Created a Funnel of 15-20 Lakhs.
While learning 3DVia Composer and meeting Marketing teams of several companies, I decided to move towards Marketing Media Industry, and so choose to join Getit Infomedia in mid of the Year 2013
From past 16 months I’m working in a Recruitment/ Sourcing/ Staffing industry and trying to Define and Solve HR related Problems Like, How to reduce notice period duration, How to bring Technology more in Daily Process/Tasks/Activities, Paper free documentation, easy follow ups, Payroll Management, etc
In Recent days Companies Like, Hiree, Naukri, TJ, Belong, etc has already added so much to the Industry. Linked-In, being a Market Giant is bringing best in the industry Solutions for staffing and Recruitment.
Still lots to learn and implement. Would be really interested in meeting and working with great minds in the industry.
